- This puzzle related generally
to Tangram like puzzles combining by
different units isosceles right tringles.
- Name each shapes from order 1
to 4 of Polytans(Polyaboloes) by letter T&EON&ABCD&FGHIJKMQRSVWXZ.
- Each asymmetric piece has two
sides and can be rotated 90 degrees 4 times thus having 8
positions.
- Label serial number from
0 to 7
(underlined) on the down- left corner
for every piece .
- The 18 pcs ProTangram
= 4 pcs Tritans + 14
pcs Tetratans
- This fig. shows the notation
for different positions of the piece by using the system
of right- angled coordinates.
- "O" piece combined by
two "T" pcs with h edges. The upper situation
is recorded from upper- left to lower- right and the
lower situation is recorded from lower- left to upper-
right.
- Due to the symmetry of "X
" piece, the position of this piece is limited in
certain area in order to avoid the overlapping solutions.
